Calgary-based Canadian Pacific Limited (CP) is a North American Class I railroad operating approximately 15,500 miles of transcontinental rail across Canada and into the United States. CP transports bulk commodities, merchandise freight and intermodal traffic across its Canadian network and throughout the US Midwest and Northeast, but CP's strength is primarily bulk transportation in Western Canada. CP is cross-listed on TSX and NYSE under the symbol CP.
